Ambulances are used to transport people with life-threatening injuries or illnesses to medical facilities in an emergency.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that ambulances can reach injured or sick persons with urgent symptoms as quickly as possible.

In the following cases, call 119 immediately for an ambulance:
・No conscious and/or not breathing
・Sudden severe chest pain or back pain
・Sudden shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
・Injury with heavy bleeding
・Sudden severe headache
・Sudden severe abdominal pain
・Difficulty moving half of the face
・Traffic accidents / Falls from heights
